1. Where are the Makaoplus Properties Limited Offices Located?
Head Office - Nairobi:
Along Thika Super Highway, within the A-Plus Motors Limited Sales' Yard, Near Safari Park Hotel.

Kitengela Office 
Betty Plaza, Along Nairobi-Namanga road, on top of Family Bank.

2. What is your schedule for taking your customers for plots viewing?
Our Plots viewing are scheduled every day as per the customer's availability from Monday to Saturday 8.30 AM to 5.00 PM.  However, special time requests by customers can be considered.

3. After going for plot viewing and making a choice of the plot I would consider buying, what should I do next?
You give us all your necessary details and indicate the plot number that you would want to book.  Thereafter, we allow you time to go and do the search and make an informed decision on whether your investment will be worthwhile. 

4. Can one carry out land search when the procedure of sub-division is still going on?
Due to the frequent file movement in the registry during the process of subdivision, it is common practice that land search is closed.  Therefore, one can only search the mother title deed and not the sub-titles of the land they intend to get information for.  During this process the person going for search does not find the green card for the sub-title(s).  This is the case till the whole process is completed and all the green cards are returned and filed on the various folders.

5. Do you accept payments in Installments?
Our properties are payable in three (3) installments, with a 50% deposit of the price given.  In case of any genuine difficulty, a consistent customer is awarded a grace period.  Further, we offer finance arrangement with reputable financial institutions, for clients who would want to pay for a longer period.
